FAQ
There's no doubt having an accident can be traumatic. Contact your insurance agent. If the accident is your fault, he or she will help you start the claim process. If the accident was someone else's fault their insurance may be liable to pay for your repairs and in most cases provide you with a rental car.
Stop in or call COLLISION CARE for a free estimate. if we do the repair. Estimates take about 10-30 minutes depending on the damages. We take pictures of your vehicle damages and include those pictures with our computerized estimate to email to your insurance company. We work directly with your insurance company on your behalf to insure that your vehicle is restored to pre-accident condition to maintain it's value.
Your vehicle is the second largest investment you're likely to make. It is common for estimates to vary based on OEM new parts, used parts or after market parts. We would be happy to explain the difference to help you make your decision.
